Description
The objective of this RFP is to establish a Contract with the successful Proponent to administer standardized pre-employment Psychological Assessments, interpret Psychological Assessment results to determine readiness and suitability for work as a Peace Officer, report the evaluation of readiness and suitability to the applicable Department, and meet with unsuitable applicants for feedback sessions, when requested by the applicant. Assessment and feedback sessions are to be provided in Calgary, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge, Peace River, and other jurisdictions across Canada.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/06/30.
