Inglewood Sanitary Trunk Phase 2

1. This Request for Quotation is open to the following Prequalified Parties that are prequalified under the Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) 22-037, Request for Qualifications for General Contractors and RFPQ 22-045 Microtunnelling Contractors Inglewood Sanitary Trunk Phase 2. The Prequalified Parties are: General Contractor: Bothar Inc. Michels Canada Co. PME Inc. Shanghai Construction Canada Co. Volker Stevin Contracting Ltd. Ward and Burke Microtunneling Ltd. Whissell Contracting Ltd. Microtunneling Subcontractor Michels Canada Co. Shanghai Construction Canada Co. Ward and Burke Microtunneling Ltd. 2. Description: Trenchless installation of approximately 80m of 2286mm ID sewer, 750m of 1500mm ID sewer under the Bow River and misc sewer installed by open cut or trenchless methods. Also includes construction of sealed shafts, live sewer connections, chambers, siphon riser pipes, traffic management and detours. 3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Agreement Term: Until project completion scheduled for 2025 May
