This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Lethbridge (the “City”) to prospective Artists to submit Proposals for Lethbridge Airport “Destination YQL” Public Art Project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
