Description
The City of Lethbridge is interested in entering into an agreement with a successful proponent for the installation and removal of lights at the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden (NYJG). These lights are a major attraction for the city of Lethbridge.
A maximum of 1000 strands of lights that are supplied by the NYJG will be required to install and remove over the course of the following dates:
Key Dates:
• Installation: October 10, 2023 – November 24, 2023
• Removal: February 26, 2024 – March 29, 2024
Key Times:
• Garden Access will be available Monday – Friday (8:00am – 4:00pm)
• Holiday access required if necessary
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/10/10.
