Description
The selected proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for maintenance and repairs and supply and installation of overhead doors/operator, automatic gates/operators, and Pedestrian “Man” doors for all existing City locations and for future facilities. This is a three year agreement with provision of a six (6) year extension in two (2) year increments subject to satisfactory performance and at the City’s sole discretion.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 108 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/06/01.
