The intent of this Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the purpose of obtaining information to acquiring a SaaS Incident Response toolset for ATB Financial. The ideal investment for ATB should be able to provide improve major incident responses, improve business-wide orchestrations by keeping the business informed of major incidents in real time via app, email or text, and automate collaboration efforts by creating on-demand conference bridging while inviting the business units based on runbooks or manual triggering. Through the issuance of this Request for Information, ATB Financial does not intend to create binding legal relations whatsoever with any Respondent that provided information to ATB Financial.
