Description
The purpose of this project is to deliver and commission an operational ready new 3 double-bay Operations and Maintenance Facility to meet the currenct and future growth demands of the Municipal District of Bighorn No. 8.
The MD of Bighorn is issuing this RFPQ (Request For Pre-Qualification) for the purpose of evaluating interested proponents and selecting a shortlist of pre-qualified Prime Contractors to participate in the subsequent second stage "Bid Call" for the Operations Facility construction. The RFPQ process will be used to evaluate the Prime Contractor teams in their role as prime contractor and to evaluate their proposed sub-contractor team.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 18 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/05/01.
