Building Assessment - North County Recreation Complex

The Town would like to assess all building components of the North County Recreation Complex including energy consumption, physical condition and functionality. We would like the proponent to consider all of these components and to make recommendations on how the arena will continue to be a valued asset that is meeting the demands of our community now and into the future. We would like proposed renovations to have cost estimates and conceptual designs that can be presented to the public and used for grant applications. We are therefore seeking proposals from qualified applicants (engineers or architects) to conduct the following: 1. Level 3 ASHRAE Energy Audit; 2. Physical Condition Assessment; 3. Functionality Assessment; and 4. Create conceptual designs for any building renovations or expansions.
