Respectful Workplace Investigations and Restorations and Alternative Dispute Resolution Services ( 22-2016)

This Solicitation is open to all interested vendors The City of Calgary’s Respectful Workplace Office is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide professional services to conduct impartial Respectful Workplace investigations, and Workplace Restorations and Alternative Dispute Resolution practices. These practices will be used to manage and address highly sensitive Respectful Workplace allegations of harassment, bullying, disrespectful behaviour and discrimination, including microaggressions and behaviours against marginalized groups. Professional services must include restorative and trauma informed practices with all informal and formal options applied. The RWP Office will be managing the RFSO process after award on behalf of The City. Other City departments may also utilize these services. Professional Services are required for two (2) categories: Category A : Respectful Workplace Investigations Category B : Alternative Dispute Resolution Techniques and Workplace Restorations Respondents may submit proposals to any category or combination thereof. Respondents that elect to respond to more than one (1) category should clearly identify which category they are responding to on the cover page of their proposal. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. Each Master Agreement will have a term of three (3) years. The term of any Service Level Agreement entered into under a Master Agreement will have a term appropriate to the completion of the Requirements set out therein.
