Description
SAIT is seeking proposals from qualified vending machine service Proponents to enter into a vending machine Agreement for our campus facilities. SAIT is a leading post-secondary institution located in Calgary, Alberta, with a diverse and dynamic student and staff population. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a vending machine Agreement(s), with one or multiple qualified service Proponents, for our campus facilities. In conjunction with the RFP, there will be a mandatory one-day site visit at SAIT’s main campus. The site visit is an essential component of the RFP process, providing an opportunity for interested Proponents to gain firsthand knowledge of the Project's specifications, challenges, and unique aspects.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/05/01.
