ONLY PROPONENTS THAT WERE SELECTED FROM RFSO 21-2002 may submit documents in response to this SOR. This procurement process is intended to create a formal legally binding bidding process and will not be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion and any applicable warranty work
