Description
The University is inviting Construction Managers with proven experience successfully completing work on construction projects to submit a Proposal for First People’s House located at North Campus. This project will see three floors (main, lower and two) fully renewed and the exterior envelope of the building completely renovated. The design and construction of this renewed facility will target all possible sustainability elements with the goal of obtaining the lowest possible carbon footprint within the constraints of the existing building. Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 26 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/09/21.
