    Description
    This RFP is open to all suppliers. he City of Calgary maintains 434 vehicles which require Original Equipment Manufacturer and aftermarket parts to support operations, including but not limited to vehicles for Fire, Transit, and Fleet business units. The successful proponent will be required to provide for the following: • Replenishment to City managed inventory warehouses; • Additional items that have no City inventory number but still may be required as non-inventory requirements; • Items that may be required on an emergency basis; and • Facilitate a web portal system for consulting parts catalogues, maintenance lifeclycle and, possibly, parts ordering. The Deliverables are included in two (2) Schedules. This procurement process is not intended to create a formal, legally binding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, four (4) times for one (1) year each time. The potential total term length is five (5) years.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/07/01.
