Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract (Appendix A) with the Providence Health Care (“PHC”) to provide general construction services for the Youville Residence – six (6) Single Resident Room Neighbourhood Project (the “Project”).
The scope of work and responsibilities are defined in section 1. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence July 14, 2023, and Substantial Performance of the Work is by February 29, 2024.
All Proponents found to meet all minimum score requirements under section B2.2 and satisfactory references under section B2.4 will be added to the List of Qualified Suppliers for General Construction Services for Clinical Space and/or Non-Clinical Space projects (“List of Qualified Suppliers”). The List of Qualified Suppliers may be used by Providence Health Care. The List of Qualified Suppliers will be valid until June 30, 2024, from the date Proponents are notified of award. See Schedule of Events for the effective date for the List of Qualified Suppliers.
