Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of North Cowichan (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Janitorial Services – Buildings and Washrooms, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Owner invites tenders for:
The District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the janitorial services of our buildings and public washrooms at the following various locations.

There is a Mandatory site meeting at the locations that are not publicly accessible for those who have not already attended. They are:
Pre-Registration deadline is: July 28, 2022
Site Meeting date is July 29, 2022 starting at Municipal Hall at 1:00pm. We will then move on to the Operations Building, Crofton Sewer Treatment Plant and Chemainus Sewer Treatment Plant.

Submission Instructions:
