Description
This Request for Proposal identifies a business opportunity for Structural improvements to vehicle loading structures and new industrial control system, including hydraulics and PLC.

ROPOSAL Each Proposal must include a financial proposal and a technical proposal. The requirements for each are set out in Section 2.
