Hard Copy Sealed Tenders for the following Omineca River Bridge Debris Removal in the Mackenzie Forest District contract 10005-40/EN24DMK004 will be received by the District Manager, Ministry of Forests, Mackenzie Forest District, #1 Cicada Road, Box 2260, Mackenzie, British Columbia V0J 2C0 no later than 11:30:00 a.m. March 20, 2023, at which time all tenders will be opened in private.
Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package.
The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America on Government Procurement (CUSPA), and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
The Ministry will post any addendum on BC Bid®. Bidders are solely responsible to continually monitor the BC Bid® website on an ongoing basis to keep themselves informed of any addendum.
