Description
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to Non-Profit Societies to submit proposals for the provision of Supportive Housing Operator Services located in Lower Mainland, BC in compliance with requirements of this RFP and Operator and Support Services - Sample Agreement (Appendix 8).

Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 10 – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location including site-specific reports and/or appendices. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA.
The deadline for submitting the signed NDA is: June 28, 2023 @ 2:00 p.m. PT. The signed NDA must be submitted via email to the BC Housing Contact Person.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through BC Bid to new.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Proposals submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
