Notice is hereby given by British Columbia Housing Management Commission ("BC Housing") of its intent to Milestone Contracting (in partnership with Kwikwetlem First Nation) for providing services of controlled demolition of the apartment wing/extension of Old Fire Hall at səmiq̓ʷəʔelə/Riverview (2601 Lougheed Highway).
Interested parties wishing to challenge or object to this decision must submit in writing reasons for the challenge or objection by 2:00 pm (PST) on or before June 12, 2023 to Peter Thompson, Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management by email at pthompso@bchousing.org, detailing specific reasons for their objections.
For clarification or any other issues regarding this Notice of Intent to direct award, a letter documenting your questions or concerns must be emailed to pthompso@bchousing.org to the attention of Peter Thompson.
