Description
It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified to participate in a solicitation for the supply of Construction Management Services for Supportive Housing as further described in tender documents.
The successful proponent will be a construction firm with significant experience in all types of construction (traditional stick-built, concrete, modular and hybrid). BC Housing is seeking proposals that present a variety of construction methods to assess based on price and schedule considerations.
