Description
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to Non-Profit Housing Services Providers to submit proposals for the provision of providing Shelter Operator Services for a long-term-leased year-round modular Shelter Housing Building located in Kamloops, BC in compliance with requirements of this RFP and Shelter Support Services Sample Agreement (Appendix 8).

Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 10 – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location and attend Mandatory Site Visit on August 31, 2023 @ 11:30 a.m. PT. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA.
The deadline for submitting the signed NDA is: August 29, 2023 @ 2:00 p.m. PT. The signed NDA must be submitted via email to the BC Housing Contact Person.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through email to jowu@bchousing.org. Proposals submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
