Description
Notice is hereby given by British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) of its intent to direct award a contract to Darwin Properties for the supply of Development Partner for the Klahanee Park Housing Society Redevelopment project. The goods/services required are a Development Partner to replace the Society’s existing units and additional affordable units deemed feasible with no capital cost to the Society or BC Housing. In exchange Darwin will be eligible to purchase any market units that are deemed feasible through the planning process.
