Description
It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified to participate in a solicitation for the supply of Construction Management at risk (CCDC5B) Contract, as further described in the Tender Documents.
The Respondents will be a construction firm with significant experience in all types of construction. The Respondents must possess sufficient resources and depth of experience to effectively undertake the all aspect of the Project, and to provide timely, comprehensive, and high-quality deliverables.
Proponents must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location including site-specific reports and/or appendices. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the NDA. Deadline for Submission of Signed NDA: 5 September 2023 @ 2:00:00 PM PST
