Description
The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide Architectural Services for Supportive Housing and Shelter.
BC Housing is seeking a Proponent to provide Architectural Services to advance the Project from concept initiation stage to completion/occupancy handover stage.Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 10 – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location including site-specific reports and/or appendices. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the NDA.
Signed NDA must be submitted to the attention of BC Housing Contract with a clear indication of this RFP number and title in the subject line.
