Description
This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to Non-Profit Operators to submit proposals for the provision of providing HEARTH Operator Services for the HEARTH site to be located in Campbell River, BC as further described in Appendix 9 – Scope of Deliverables and in the draft HEARTH Operator Sample Agreement attached as Appendix 8.

Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 10 – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location and Appendix 9 - Scope of Deliverables. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through BC Bid to www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Proposals submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
