Description
This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of General Locksmith Services, to include repair, inspection, maintenance, and installation as further described in Appendix F – Scope of Work for various BC Housing Directly Managed locations, and Group Homes in the Lower Mainland (including the Fraser Valley) of BC.
Proponents must have a valid, current security business licence.
Any personnel performing installation, alteration or repair work on lock systems shall be licensed in accordance with Section 2) of the Security Services Act, (SBC 2007) CHAPTER 30.
Proponents must be able to provide services to all Communities as identified in Appendix G - Service Locations.
Proponents should carefully review all RFP documents, including attachments, for the full scope of requirements.
Proponents must have a valid, current security business licence.
