Description
This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to Non-Profit Societies to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Property Management Services for Independent Senior Building located at 3715 Gellaty Road, West Kelowna, BC.
The Supplier will provide property management services and administration, including but not limited to rent collection, vacancy management, building and ground maintenance.
***The site visit is mandatory. Only Proponents who have attended the site visit will be eligible to submit a proposal***
