Description
This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”), to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of Construction Management Services for Modular Supportive Housing, as further described in this ITT. This opportunity is only available to the pre-qualified Proponents according to RFPQ 1070-2425-005A Construction Management Services for Modular Supportive Housing.
This second stage RFP has been posted publicly to enable Subcontractors and/or Trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Proponents listed below.
Only the invited, prequalified Proponents listed below may participate in the RFP process.
Bidders should submit their Bids according to the following timetable.
The ITT timetable is tentative only and may be changed by BC Housing at any time.
