Description
This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Minor HVAC Annual Planned Maintenance Inspections, and Repair Services as further described in Appendix F – Scope of Work for various BC Housing directly managed locations in the lower mainland of BC.
HVAC Services shall include Annual Planned Maintenance Inspections, unscheduled repairs, emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and new installation on building Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems and infrastructure.
Proponents should carefully review all RFP documents, including attachments, for the full scope of requirements.
