Description
BC Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) invites prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Site Representative at Parkside Villa located at 2450 72nd Avenue, Grand Forks, BC.
The Site Representative will represent BC Housing in a highly visible and important component of property management services and will be responsible for the provision of designated services to tenants and the day to day operations of the premises including all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. The Site Representative and their employees and/or approved contractors will have the necessary interpersonal skills to communicate tactfully and effectively with the tenants in order to maintain positive client relations.
A site meeting will be held for Proponents. Attendance at the site meeting is mandatory.
Date: April 2, 2024
Time: 1:00 PM. (Pacific Time)
Place: Parkside Villa, 2450 72nd Avenue, Grand Forks – Meet at the on-site office
Attendance is mandatory. The purpose of the mandatory site meeting is to provide Proponents with an opportunity to view and garner additional information about the property.
Only submissions from Proponents who have attended the mandatory site meeting will be considered for evaluation.
***All Proponents who would like to attend the Mandatory Site Meeting should complete the Mandatory Site Meeting Confirmation Form (Appendix H) and email it to dbarnaby@bchousing.org no later than March 27, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m.***
Proponents should carefully review all RFP documents, including attachments, for the full scope of requirements.
