    Description
    This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Site Representative Services as further described in Appendix D – Deliverables for various BC Housing locations in Terrace, BC.

    The Site Representative will represent BC Housing in a highly visible and important component of property management services and will be responsible for the provision of designated services to tenants and the day-to-day operations of the premises, including all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. Ideally, the Site Representative will have a minimum of two years property management experience.

    The Site Representative and their employees and/or approved contractors will have the necessary interpersonal skills to relate tactfully and effectively with the tenants in order to maintain positive relations.

    Property Descriptions

    The Willows is a three-story apartment building with 39 units. There is one elevator, a laundry room, mechanical room, and multiple common spaces.
     
    Market Estates is a modular housing development consisting of two 6-plex, one 8-plex and one 4-plex style buildings, with crawl space, ground level, no stairs. Each plex has an electrical room with crawl space access. No interior common spaces.

    Mumfords Lodge is a two-story motel consisting of 19 units with exterior access to units, no common space, 2 sets of exterior stairs, an office, caretaker unit, electrical room.

    A site meeting will be held for Proponents:

    Attendance is not mandatory; however, it is encouraged. The purpose of the site meeting is to provide Proponents with an opportunity to view and garner additional information about the properties.

    ***IMPORTANT***
    All Proponents who would like to attend the Site Meeting must RSVP via email to   northernregion@bchousing.org no later than Monday, August 11, 2025.
