1070-2526-1066 - Construction Management Services - 2nd Stage Women's

The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Pre-qualified Proponents from RFPQ 1070-2425-178A Construction Management Services for Various Housing Projects and have received formal notification of their qualification to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables.  Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide Construction Management Services and preloading Scope of Services (the Deliverables).

This opportunity has been offered to the roster members only based on that established rotation process defined in the RFPQ document.

This solicitation has been posted publicly to enable subcontractors and/or trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Proponents listed below:

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Proponents must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from Proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. Signed NDA must be submitted to the attention of BC Housing's Contact person before: 1 May 2026 @ 2:00PM PT.It is the Proponent’s sole responsibility to verify that their NDA has been received by BC Housing and request information about the property type and location.
