MANDATORY SITE VISIT
It is the responsibility of the Proponent to investigate and become familiar with local and site conditions.  BC Housing will be holding a site visit at the following time, date and location:
Date: Wednesday, December 03, 2025 
Time: 10am -1pm PT. A timeslot will be scheduled by appointment.
Location of Site Meeting: 160 East Hastings, Vancouver
Attendance is Mandatory.

Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.   

A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all proponents are required to sign in. Note that Proposals will only be reviewed for those proponents who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.

As a condition of entering the site, the Proponent agrees to comply with, and cause all its representatives to comply with, all site rules which may be established by BC Housing. Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (respirator optional).

All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the NRFP Contact person prior to the date and time as per the Timetable.

Brief Description of Work
This project involves the restoration and adaptive reuse of a large heritage high-rise building with partial occupancy and several non-functional systems, including the fire alarm and elevator. The Construction Manager (CM) is engaged under a CCDC 5B Contract to provide pre-construction and limited early construction services, with the intent to transition to a CCDC 2 Contract for full construction. Proponents are expected to review the NRFP evaluation criteria and take them into account when preparing their Proposal.
