Notice of Intent (NOI) No:1070-2526-168
Notice is hereby given by British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) of its intent to direct award a contract to ‘Kristine Reite (KRA) Architecture for providing Prime Consulting and Architectural Services at 1909 Charles Street, Vancouver, BC. The estimated contract term is 8 months, beginning in August 2025 to March 2026, with an estimated value of $50,000.
Interested parties wishing to challenge or object to this decision must submit in writing reasons for the challenge or objection by 2:00 pm (PST) on or before August, 22, 2025 to Michael Lachocki, Procurement Manager, Supply Chain Management by email at mlachocki@bchousing.org , detailing specific reasons for their objections.
If justified, a meeting with a BC Housing representative and interested vendor(s) will be called to discuss the decision and to receive further vendor information regarding the supply of the goods/services.
