Description
This NRFP is an invitation by BC Housing and Interior Health to Non-Profit Operators to submit Proposals for the provision of providing operator and some non-designated support services for a Co-located‑ Complex Care Housing and Supportive Housing Site to be located in Kelowna, British Columbia (the “Site”), in compliance with requirements of this NRFP.

Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 10 – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain Appendix 9 – The Deliverables including site location and site-specific information, and addenda. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. The signed NDA must be submitted via email to the BC Housing Contact Person before April 24, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. PT.
BC Housing intends to hold an Optional virtual information meeting via Microsoft Teams for Proponents at 10:00 a.m. on May 14, 2026. Please email the NRFP Contact Person with correct NRFP number in the subject by May 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. PT to receive meeting invitation with log-in instructions.
Responses must be submitted electronically through BC Bid to www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Responses submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
