Notice is hereby given by British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) of its intent to direct award a Design Build contract to Homer and Pender Limited Partnership for the design, approvals & construction of a 94-unit supportive housing building located in Vancouver British Columbia.
Interested parties wishing to challenge or object to this decision must submit in writing reasons for the challenge or objection by 2:00 pm (PST) on or before 12 December 2025 @ 2:00PM PT to Peter Thompson, Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management by email at pthompson@bchousing.org , detailing specific reasons for their objections.
