Description
This ITT is an invitational solicitation run via one of BC Housing’s region-specific prequalified rosters for Prime Contractors. This second stage ITT has been posted publicly to enable Subcontractors and/or Trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Bidders listed below.
Only the invited, prequalified Bidders listed below may participate in the bidding process and attend the mandatory site visit.

Issue Date of ITT:Friday, April 17, 2026 Mandatory Site Visit Date and Time:Wednesday, April 29, 2026 @ 10:00 am PT. Optional/Secondary Site Visit Date and Time:Tuesday, May 05, 2026 @ 10:00 am PT.
RSVP Required, no later than Friday, May 01, 2026 at 10:00 am PT. if you intend to visit. Please see section 3.4.2 of ITT for details.
Deadline for Questions:Tuesday, May 12, 2026 @ 10:00 am PT.

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend an information meeting on the specified date and time below:
Date: Wednesday, April 29, 2026
Time: 10:00 am PT.
Location and meeting point of Site visit: 4848 Rupert Street, Vancouver (we will visit both sites from here).
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes addition of mechanical cooling to suites & common areas of both buildings (Rupert Lane 1 and Rupert Lane 2) and as further set out at Appendix E.
This is a public solicitation issued through BC Bid. It is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain all addenda issued by checking BC Bid.
