Description
This ITT is an invitational solicitation run via one of BC Housing’s region-specific prequalified rosters for Prime Contractors. This second stage ITT has been posted publicly to enable Subcontractors and/or Trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Bidders listed below.
Only the invited, prequalified Bidders listed below may participate in the bidding process and attend the mandatory site visit.

Issue Date of ITT:Tuesday, February 24th, 2026 Mandatory Site Visit Date and Time:Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 @ 11:00 am PT.
Please note that this will be the only site meeting available. Contractors are recommended to invite their subs as there will be no other access to this site. Deadline for Questions:Thursday, March 19th, 2026 @ 10:00 am PT. Questions submitted after this deadline will not receive a response. Deadline for Issuing Addenda:Thursday, March 26th, 2026 Submission Deadline:Monday, April 13th, 2026 @ 2:00 pm PT.
The ITT timetable is tentative only and may be changed by BC Housing/Owner at any time.
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend an information meeting on the specified date and time below:
Date: Tuesday, March 10th, 2026
Time: 11:00 am PT.
Location of Site Meeting: 333 Wilson Street, Chase BC
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes new roofing, windows, deck & ramp upgrades, door replacements, flooring repairs, a full domestic re-pipe, security upgrades, and as further set out at Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings.
This is a public solicitation issued through BC Bid. It is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain all addenda issued by checking BC Bid.
