Description
This Negotiable Request for Proposals (“the NRFP”) issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Site Representative Services as further described in Appendix 2 – Deliverables for Beaverview Lodge and McBride Mountain Manor, McBride, BC.
The Supplier will represent BC Housing in a highly visible and important component of Site Representative services and will be responsible for the provision of designated services to tenants and the day-to-day operations of the premises, including all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. Ideally, the Site Representative will have a minimum of two years experience.
The Supplier and their employees and/or approved contractors will have the necessary interpersonal skills to relate tactfully and effectively with the tenants in order to maintain positive relations.
Property Descriptions
Beaverview Lodge, located at 1084 – 5th Avenue, McBride, BC is a one level Housing Complex for Seniors and those with disabilities, and consists of 19 units at ground level, no stairs, common lounge area, common kitchen area and laundry area.
McBride Mountain Manor, located at 1170-5th Avenue, McBride BC is a Housing Complex for Seniors and those with disabilities, and consists of one 6-plex style building and one 4 Plex style building. There is a total of 10 one-bedroom, modular units at ground level, no stairs, with a crawl space.
A site meeting will be held for Proponents:
Date: April 15, 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time
Place: Beaverview Lodge - 1084 – 5th Avenue, McBride, BC
Attendance is not mandatory; however, it is encouraged. The purpose of the site meeting is to provide Proponents with an opportunity to view and garner additional information about the properties.
***IMPORTANT***
All Proponents who would like to attend the Site Meeting must RSVP via email to northernregion@bchousing.org no later than April 13, 2026.
***Please include the name, email address and telephone number of the person from your organization who will be attending the site meeting.***
