1070-2627-060 Elevator Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for Vancouver Island Locations, BC

The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Elevator Preventative Maintenance and Repair  Services suppliers to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. 
Services will be required for various locations in BC Housing’s Vancouver Island Region (VIR) of BC. Please see Appendix 11 – Service Locations and Appendix 12 – Elevator Specification Performance.

Awarded supplier must demonstrate sufficient capacity and resources to service all sites.

BC Housing will hold mandatory virtual information session for proponents in accordance with Section 2.1 (Timetable).

The sessions will provide an overview of the elevator equipment condition and an informal forum for questions. Each proponent is encouraged to designate up to two technical representatives to attend. MS Teams invitations will be issued to the designated attendees.
Very Important: Only proponents who attend the mandatory information session will be eligible to submit a proposal for this NRFP.

Proponents should carefully review all NRFP documents, including attachments, for the full scope of requirements.
