MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING:
Bidders must attend an information meeting on the specified date and time below:
Date: Wednesday, June 10th, 2026
Time: 1:30pm PT.
Location of Site Meeting: 222 Keefer Street, Vancouver, BC
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes abatement and selective demolition, and as further set out at Appendices:
Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings, Appendix H – Hazmat Reports, Appendix I – Other Reports (e.g. Building Code, Heritage, & Statement of Significance).
