Lease or Purchase a Hotel Property, Vancouver, BC

This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) is issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to invite the public to submit an expression of interest for leasing or purchasing a hotel property located in Vancouver, British Columbia (“the Province”).

All queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.

Respondents must submit a signed Appendix E – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain Appendix B – Information and Requirements and Appendix D – Property Operation Plan with information about site location, services requirements, and further information through addenda. No submission will be accepted from respondents who do not submit the signed NDA. The signed NDA must be submitted via email to the BC Housing Contact Person before July 30, 2026 @ 2:00p.m. PT.

Response to this EOI must be submitted electronically and received via email to the EOI contact person. Responses submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
