MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING: Bidders must attend an information meeting on the specified date and time below: Date: Tuesday, June 30, 2026 Time: 10:00 am PT. Location and meeting point of Site Meeting: In front of the building entrance at 111 Princess, Vancouver, BC, V6A 0C9
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work The work includes Domestic Hot Water (DHW) Upgrade and Modification works include, but are not limited to replacement of existing DHW tanks, modification of the DHW system to allow space for future tank replacements, relocation of the existing heat exchanger, and updates to the existing Direct Digital Control (DDC) control system to accommodate these changes and as further set out at Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings
