BC Housing is seeking a Consultant to develop and update BC Energy Step Code Design Guide and Thermal comfort Supplement Guide for Part 3 Buildings. The Consultant shall produce deliverables based on four (4) work packages:
- Update BC Energy Step Code Design Guide for Part 3 buildings (Focus on Step 3 and 4)
- Update BC Energy Step Code Design Guide Supplement Indoor Environment Quality (IEQ)
- Builder Insight Bulletin
- Educational Events:
- BC Housing and BC Hydro Webinar – internal briefing presentation and
- Industry Webinar - a live webinar to be recorded and posted on BC Housing’s Learning on Demand Platform
- Update BC Energy Step Code Design Guide Supplement Indoor Environment Quality (IEQ)
