The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a list of Law Firms who could
provide support to the BCUC in carrying out its regulatory processes including advising on legal issues
pertaining to proceedings, and reviewing documents and decisions prior to release, attending
proceeding meetings, procedural conferences, workshops and oral hearings are related to
applications.
