REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
SCOPE OF WORK
The City of Surrey (the “City”) is seeking to obtain the services of a Senior Project Manager (the “PM”) to support the successful delivery of a selection of large scale initiatives.
(a) It is expected that the successful Proponents’ candidate will be available on a full-time basis (8 hours per day) and available to work on-site at Surrey City Hall for up to 5 full days per week. The Proponent may be required to work at new locations if requested and as the project evolves.
(b) The Senior PM is accountable for the successful delivery of the related project in alignment with Program Sponsor and other project managers under the same program.
(c) The Senior PM will provide senior level of expertise to the City’s project team for all aspects of project including initiation, execution, monitoring, implementation and closing.
(d) The Senior PM is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the project charter.
ADDENDA
If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFP, the City Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid Website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca and the City Website at www.surrey.ca (collectively, the “Websites”), and upon posting, any addenda will form part of this RFP. It is the responsibility of Proponents to check the Websites for addenda. The only way this RFP may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum. No other communication, whether written or oral, from any person will affect or modify the terms of this RFP or may be relied upon by any Proponent. By delivery of a Proposal the Proponent is deemed to have received, accepted and understood the entire RFP, including any and all addenda.
