Description
The City of Powell River (the City) is seeking a qualified consultant to undertake a financial analysis and prepare updates to the City’s existing Development Cost Charges (DCC) Bylaw, associated reporting, and draft a new Amenity Cost Charges (ACC) Bylaw in accordance with applicable Provincial legislation and regulations.
It is anticipated that this project will be completed by December 2027. Work will continue during the municipal election period in Q3 and Q4 2026, but there will be no public or stakeholder engagement during this time.
The maximum allowable budget to complete this work is $175,000 (plus GST). Proposals submitted that exceed this value will immediately be eliminated from the competition.
