Description
The purpose of this RFPQ is to pre-qualify up to three 3 Proponents and subsequently select one (1) Proponent to supply and install a continuous, vertical, seepage cut-off wall barrier through the entire breach repair zone. The purpose is to significantly reduce the current seepage observed on the land side of the dike. Based on soil sampling, testing and analysis already conducted by geotechnical, the Proponent shall determine the site specific mix design to achieve the performance requirements. Only those Proponents having been pre-qualified through this RFPQ will be invited to compete in an RFQ process.
