Notice of Intent to Award - AMANDA Land Management System - Software Maintenance and Support
Notice is hereby given by the City of Abbotsford of its intent to award a contract to Granicus for the AMANDA Software Maintenance and Support for a period of 3 years commencing January 1, 2023 at a total anticipated cost of $320,000 plus GST.
Background
The AMANDA Land Management System is the City of Abbotsford’s permits and licensing system for managing land development, building permits and more. The AMANDA system is composed of a client/server application (back end office) and web applications (public sites). Granicus is the supplier for the AMANDA system.
Services includes:
The supplier will issue regular software updates for the AMANDA Land Management System to address known functional or technical issues and add functionality. The supplier will also provide support to City staff for technical or functional problems. These services are commonly referred to as software maintenance and support.
The justification for the direct award includes the following factors:
Anyone wishing to object to this decision must email their objection by December 16, 2022 before 2:00 pm, pacific time to:
