    Description
      1. The Contractor shall provide the following Services:
        1. Monitor the performance of the Planting Contractor to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the Planting Contract.
        2. Act as a liaison between the planting contractor and the Province.
        3. Establish planting quality inspection plots (pay plots) for each Planting Unit.
        4. Complete stock handling inspections regularly and camp inspections, if required.
        5. Supply inspection reports and completion list of planting units where planting quality inspection plots (pay plots) have been completed to the Province weekly or as directed by the Province.
        6. Notify the Province of any contravention of the Planting Contract.
        7. Attend Pre- work meetings (office and field) for the 2023 Planting Contract PL24DRM001
        8. Produce a planting summary with planting map which contains Planting Quality Inspection plot locations for each Planting Unit (details outlined in Section 9.04 of this schedule).

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s).
