- The Contractor shall provide the following Services:
- Monitor the performance of the Planting Contractor to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the Planting Contract.
- Act as a liaison between the planting contractor and the Province.
- Establish planting quality inspection plots (pay plots) for each Planting Unit.
- Complete stock handling inspections regularly and camp inspections, if required.
- Supply inspection reports and completion list of planting units where planting quality inspection plots (pay plots) have been completed to the Province weekly or as directed by the Province.
- Notify the Province of any contravention of the Planting Contract.
- Attend Pre- work meetings (office and field) for the 2023 Planting Contract PL24DRM001
- Produce a planting summary with planting map which contains Planting Quality Inspection plot locations for each Planting Unit (details outlined in Section 9.04 of this schedule).
